**Position Summary:**

- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to innovate and enhance our offerings.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for culinary arts with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
