Responsibilities:
  • Use proper food handling and food service techniques

  • Take and deliver meal and drink orders in a friendly, timely manner

  • Ensure resident and guest satisfaction with their meals

  • Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items

  • Keep assigned tables and surrounding areas clean and organized

  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists

  • Support new food servers with training and onboarding

  • Uphold all safety and loss prevention procedures

  • Set up and clean the dining room while maintaining high hospitality standards

  • Maintain high standards of appearance, hygiene, and cleanliness

  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

  • Assist with organization and flow in the dining room and service areas

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous food service or fine dining experience a plus, but not required

  • Friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
