WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Your expertise with the following duties will be pivotal in identifying potential issues, implementing robust solutions, and driving continuous improvement:
- Advocate for safe operation of our facilities.
- Provide daily technical assistance that involves troubleshooting, identifying, and providing solutions for root causes of operational problems using knowledge of chemical processing and data analysis.
- Develop, propose, and implement approved equipment/facility improvement projects through collaboration with other key personnel to increase reliability.
- Conduct setup and maintenance of Asset Management (PA1, PA2, PA3, Isotainer Fleet), Spare Parts & Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) analysis.
- Support Hazard & Operability Study (HAZOP) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited engineering school.
- 2 years' related experience in industrial manufacturing plant engineering role.
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
- Professional Engineer License.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school.
- 1 year experience with Pipe-Flo® software.
- 2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing role.
- 2 years of experience in a reliability engineering role.
OUR ENVIRONMENT:
Periodic standing, setting, pushing, pulling, carrying or lifting can be required. Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) must be worn in applicable setting.
