Event Manager

  Why We Have This Role   We're investing in this role to elevate the impact and efficiency of our global event programs. This position exists to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and deliver exceptional attendee experiences. As we scale our Events Center of Excellence, this role will be key in optimizing cross-functional collaboration, and standardizing processes that drive operational excellence. By integrating cutting-edge event technology and collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations, this leader will help us innovate how we engage customers, generate demand, and showcase the power of the Qualtrics brand on a global stage.   How You'll Find Success

How You'll Grow
  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of large-scale, high-impact events, sharpening your expertise in end-to-end program management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Play a key role in shaping and scaling a newly established Events Center of Excellence, helping to define frameworks, processes, and best practices that drive organizational consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with a network of internal teams, agency partners, and vendors—expanding your influence and sharpening your leadership capabilities through high-level collaboration.
Things You'll Do
  • Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of global events and drive important components of Qualtric's flagship event
  • Oversee vendors, contractors and agencies in the planning and execution of all event logistics including venue management, food and beverage, audio visual, security, etc.
  • Drive the creation of event strategies working with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, sales and other departments to ensure events meet business objectives
  • Contribute to the integrated marketing campaigns for events, collaborating on driving registrations, enabling the sales team, reporting and tracking success metrics
  • Oversee event technology,  including but not limited to pre-event registration, onsite registration, mobile apps, meeting scheduling and integrations, collaborating with event tech vendors and the  marketing ops team
  • Play a pivotal role in building an Events Center of Excellence by developing and driving the adoption of scalable guidelines, streamlined processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures that elevate execution across the organization
  • Compile, and enlighten potential opportunities for new event programs
  • Develop and execute novel event approaches to drive customer engagement through events
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • 6+ years of professional event marketing experience, ideally within a tech company or fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with planning and execution for a variety of events such as customer-facing conferences, executive events, roadshows, third party events and internal events such as Sales Kickoffs (SKOs).
  • Experience working functionally - especially with sales, customer success, sales enablement and field marketing teams
  • Experience working within an integrated marketing model
  • Experience developing, analyzing and tracking marketing success metrics
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Salesforce, proficient in Slack and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs), experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Experience using event technology platforms such as Cvent, Eventbase, Rainfocus, or Splas

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.

Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range $115,000—$210,000 USD
