Head of Analyst Relations Why We Have This Role
We need a leader who can translate Qualtrics' strategy into compelling narratives for analysts, secure top placements in key reports, and use analyst feedback to influence roadmap and GTM decisions. This role accelerates our category leadership and strengthens our relationships with the most influential industry voices, directly contributing to brand preference and revenue growth.
How You'll Find Success

  • Builds and executes a global AR strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and leads to measurable analyst recognition.
  • Establishes trust and credibility with C-suite and product leaders; translates analyst perspectives into strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively manages major analyst evaluations end-to-end, delivering high-quality briefings and submission materials.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively, tailoring messaging for different audiences (analysts, executives, product teams).
  • Measures impact and drives continuous improvement using data-driven KPIs.
  • Operates with bias for action, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
How You'll Grow

  • Expand expertise in leading global AR programs that tie analyst recognition to commercial outcomes.
  • Lead or mentor AR and communications professionals, building a high-performing function that scales.
Things You'll Do
  • Objective: Secure Qualtrics' leadership placement in key analyst reports.
    • Lead end-to-end engagement for major evaluations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), including narrative development, evidence collection, executive briefing prep, and submission management.
  • Objective: Strengthen analyst relationships and advocacy.
    • Build and maintain a prioritized analyst engagement plan; run regular briefings, inquiry responses, and strategic inquiries.
  • Objective: Translate analyst insights into business action.
    • Synthesize analyst research and feedback into concise recommendations for Product and GTM teams; present quarterly insights reports to execs.
  • Objective: Demonstrate AR impact on demand and revenue.
    • Define AR KPIs (report placements, share of voice, influence on pipeline), track outcomes, and report on program ROI.
  • Objective: Elevate analyst-facing content quality.
    • Oversee creation of briefings, inquiry prep, newsletters, and event content to ensure consistent, compelling narratives.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • Proven track record of designing and leading global analyst relations programs with clear business outcomes (e.g., report placements, measurable influence on deals or pipeline).
  • Demonstrated experience managing participation in major analyst evaluations (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).
  • Strong cross-functional experience advising executives and partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills — able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated narratives.
  • Evidence of relationship-building with top-tier analysts or the ability to rapidly build those relationships.
  • Prefer experience in enterprise software/SaaS environments and working at high-growth, category-defining companies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ~10+ years' relevant experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, or product marketing in B2B enterprise software/SaaS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships with top-tier analysts and proven success driving leadership placements.
  • Experience operating at a global scale and managing AR budgets/subscriptions.
  • Track record of using analyst insights to shape product and GTM strategy.
