Program Manager, Marketing Leadership Operations

  Why We Have This Role   Our marketing organization is scaling rapidly to support Qualtrics' growth, and our CMO and marketing leadership team need a strategic operations partner to build a predictive rhythm of business and repeatable processes so leaders can focus on driving strategy and supporting their teams. You'll be the operational backbone that enables our marketing leaders to focus on strategy and execution while you handle the complex coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Working directly with our CMO and their direct reports, you'll have visibility into the highest-level marketing decisions and the opportunity to shape how we operate as a world-class marketing organization. This role sits at the intersection of operations and execution, requiring someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and enabling teams to perform at their peak.   How You'll Find Success

Things You'll Do
  • Drive operational excellence for marketing leadership by managing executive scheduling, preparing strategic materials, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership initiatives
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and their support teams across the organization to gain trust and collaborate more effectively as an ambassador of marketing leadership
  • Enhance our marketing operating rhythm and review processes, including quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, and weekly leadership forums
  • Support high-impact initiatives like employee onboarding and enablement, sales and marketing kickoffs, and customer conferences by providing project management expertise and operational coordination
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
  • 5+ years of program management or operations experience in a fast-paced technology company, preferably supporting executive leadership
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives and translate strategic vision into operational execution
  • Experience with project management tools and systems

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.

Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range $100,000—$188,000 USD
