  • Perform detailed statistical analysis and data exploration that uncover actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Build clear, compelling data visualizations and reports that communicate findings effectively.
  • Respond to data requests and analysis needs from field teams, prioritizing and managing workload with transparency.
  • Use SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, and other tools to transform complex datasets into practical dashboards, queries, and views that empower decision making.

  • 3-5 years of experience owning analytics projects from conception through delivery, translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Proven skills working with large datasets and applying complex analytical methods.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
  • Experience using data visualization tools, ideally Tableau.
  • Cross-functional exposure to compensation, performance management, or SDR/BDR teams preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP C4C), or sales planning processes is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with global teams.
