Why We Have This Role
Solution Architects play a key role in supporting our Sales team by evaluating research requests and designing proposals that are operationally feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with client objectives. Rather than working directly with end clients as a primary focus, SAs partner closely with Sales and Operations to scope and quote research projects. However, they may occasionally engage directly with clients to clarify technical details or align on feasibility and design considerations.How You'll Find Success
- You're comfortable handling multiple proposals at once, each with their own timelines, complexity, and ambiguity.
- You can quickly break down unstructured internal requests and translate them into clear, executable solutions.
- You proactively identify feasibility risks or unclear requirements, flag them early, and help guide internal stakeholders—or occasionally external clients—toward viable alternatives.
- You communicate effectively, operate with a strong sense of ownership, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Things You'll Do
- Review briefs submitted by the Sales team to identify key research goals, methodology requirements, and feasibility constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to estimate sample availability, pricing, and timelines.
- Build and refine project quotes in alignment with client expectations and operational capacity.
- Work closely with Sales to adjust project scope and methodology when needed, ensuring delivery success and commercial viability.
- Occasionally join client calls or meetings to clarify scoping questions, present proposed designs, or align on feasibility.
- Collaborate with peers to improve templates, processes, and SLAs — always looking for ways to work smarter and faster
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- 3+ years of experience (3-5 years of experience) in a similar role, such as pre-sales, project scoping, operational consulting, or market research.
- Experience working with or supporting commercial teams in a B2B or SaaS context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with online research methodologies and panel providers is a strong plus.
