Why We Have This Role

This Strategy Realization Office team member will play a critical role in translating Qualtrics strategy into execution as a direct line of support for one the Executives in our Product, UX, Engineering, and Security (PXE) organization. This highly cross-functional role acts as an internal consultant and operational excellence leader to identify and solve critical business problems. As an experienced generalist, you will artfully combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help the function run smoothly, make smarter decisions, and achieve their strategic goals.

How You'll Grow

  • You will influence core systems and processes that underpin the success of the PXE organization and Qualtrics.
  • You will gain breadth of exposure and knowledge across many functions in a large Product, UX, and Engineering organization and across the enterprise.
  • You will have continuous exposure to executives and senior leaders.
  • Change Management: Directly support transformation efforts by identifying and aligning stakeholders, communicating changes effectively, proactively anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcing changes to drive new behaviors and mindsets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Operate as cross-functional "connective tissue", fostering collaboration and alignment by working across various teams and departments.
  • Driving growth by achieving business goals: Help the company achieve its strategic objectives by aligning operations and execution with top strategic priorities, tracking success markers, and ensuring that the organization is operating at an optimal level.
  • Proactively "put out fires": Address urgent operational issues and challenges as they arise, solving them within the broader strategic and transformation context.
  • Foster a learning culture: Promote continuous learning and improvement within the organization and your team.

Things You'll Do

  • Strategic problem solving and project management: Own projects to address complex, high-priority problems that span multiple departments. Recommend data-driven solutions to executives and orchestrate execution to ensure results are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency: Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies and bottlenecks across various processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Enable data-driven decision making: Analyze data from various sources to provide executives with actionable insights to help them navigate complex business challenges and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage the operating rhythm: Manage the functions “rhythms of business” to align to those at the PXE and enterprise levels. This includes preparing weekly performance reports, coordinating MBRs & QBRs, and board meeting preparation.
  • Provide dedicated executive support: Support an executive leader with planning, benchmarking, workforce planning, finance reviews, risk reviews, customer and partnership-facing engagements, and communications.
  • Drive talent development initiatives: Manage cadences for training and development, mentorship programs, and performance reviews. Identify and own strategic projects that focus on internal talent development in specific areas.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 12+ years of work experience working in two or more of the following disciplines: program management, operations, finance, product management, engineering, infosec, or design.
  • Track record of managing complex business programs including implementing organization-wide improvements and optimization. This includes the ability to drive significant organizational changes, streamline processes, implement new systems or structures, and drive strategic execution.
  • Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  • Experience directly supporting executive or senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate direct, results-based impact on business outcomes.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
