JOB PURPOSE

The Operations Specialist for our network of private schools is responsible for coordinating and executing the operational aspects of multiple campuses. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including marketing, admissions, enrollment, curriculum planning, licensing and compliance oversite, and overall organizational management. The Operations Specialist will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other staff to ensure efficient and effective operations that support the educational goals and objectives of our institutions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing:
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the schools and attract new students.
    2. Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
    3. Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and community outreach programs.
    4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing tactics.
  2. Admissions & Enrollment:
    1. Coordinate the admissions process, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and applications.
    2. Communicate with prospective families to provide information about the schools, programs, and admissions procedures.
    3. Organize and lead tours and informational sessions for prospective students and their families.
    4. Maintain accurate records of admissions data and generate reports as needed.
    5. Drive enrollment growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to ensure enrollment targets are met.
    6. Monitor enrollment trends, identify potential shortfalls, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective solutions.
  3. Curriculum Planning and Organization:
    1. Collaborate with educational staff to plan, develop, and implement the curriculum across all campuses.
    2. Ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards and school objectives.
    3. Organize professional development opportunities for teachers to support curriculum delivery.
    4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and recommend improvements.
  4. General Organizational Operations:
    1. Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
    2. Coordinate with school administrators to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    3. Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing training and performance evaluations as needed.
    4. Prepare and present regular operational reports to the senior management team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education management, or a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, financial management, procurement, and educational administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with school management software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Prodigy salary and benefit policy.
  • Length of the work year and hours of employment.

 

FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY

Job is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
