**10k Sign On Bonus Available for the Full Time Women's Imaging Manager** Reporting to the Radiology Department Director this position provides healthcare services, exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Applies appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the patient experience. The position will be responsible for financial management and planning of on-going operations, patient education, staff education, and patient relations. The position will also be responsible for equipment management to include new programs and advancement in women's imaging, MQSA, state and federal guidelines up to and including the updating of CPT codes on an annual basis. The position will also require the manager maintain patient care as to applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment to facilitate patient care in absence of other staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) required. 2. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Mammography (ARRT-M) required within 6 months of hire. 3. Current Mammography Certification by the state of California required. 4. Current CPR certification required. 5. Three years' experience in a Lead role preferred. 6. Bachelors' degree preferred. 7. 10k sign on bonus paid over a two year period available for the Women's Imaging Manager

$82056.00 / annually - $118976.00 / annually
