The Creative Services Associate is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design of solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.

In this role you will:
  • Develop posters, job aids, audio-visual presentations, and other types of online and offline communication
  • Simultaneously manage multiple departmental projects varying in scope, which encompasses managing task completion, coordinating resources, identifying constraints and ensuring timely project completion.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Significant graphic design experience
  • Strong technical skills, demonstrating print and digital solutions
  • The ability to maintain and implement new team protocols and procedures
  • Expertise in Adobe CC core software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Passion about design
  • Strong eye for detail and the ability to contribute creative ideas
  • Strong comprehension and listening skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational and research skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide feedback and guidance to assist his peers and others to acquire specific knowledge/skills that are needed
  • The ability to manage various cross-functional resources in supporting multiple priorities and key deliverables to meeting project deadlines
  • The ability to communicate design ideas through the team and wider sales department
  • Significant graphic design experience
