Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Script Developer to join our IT Operations team. This entry-level to intermediate position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to make a direct impact on our business operations. As a Script Developer, you will be a key player in shaping the customer experience by creating and maintaining the agent-facing call guides that are fundamental to our success across sales, healthcare, and customer service. Our scripts are the backbone of our operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in every customer interaction. In this fully remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic team. You will be trained on a proprietary, C-based, scripting language, and will utilize both graphical and textual programming methods. This role offers the chance to develop valuable technical skills and contribute directly to the success of a leading global BPO.

• Design, develop, test, and implement agent-facing call guides (scripts) for a variety of telemarketing campaigns across sales, healthcare, and customer service.
• Translate complex processes and information into clear, concise, and user-friendly script verbiage for agents.
• Develop scripts that incorporate data capture fields, API calls, SQL database lookups, and other functionalities to streamline agent workflows and ensure accurate data collection.
• Utilize both graphical and textual programming methods within our proprietary, object-oriented scripting language (similar to C). Training on the scripting language will be provided.
• Collaborate with operations teams, trainers, and quality assurance to ensure scripts are effective, compliant, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain and update existing scripts as needed, based on performance data, client feedback, and regulatory changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve script-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document script logic and functionality for training and knowledge sharing purposes.

• Entry-level to intermediate experience in a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles (e.g., C, Java, Python).
• Prior experience in a call center or telemarketing environment.
