Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with business SMEs to analyse, map, and document processes suitable for automation.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, covering process discovery, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Build scalable, maintainable automations using best practices in RPA architecture, including Queues, Exception Handling, and Retry Mechanisms.
  • Handle process variations and exceptions with intelligent, efficient solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation such as Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Test Cases, and Deployment Guides.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of automation solutions.
  • Design effective prompts and integrate GenAI capabilities into automation workflows to enhance decision-making and user interaction.
  • Work with LLM-based technologies to build intelligent, context-aware automation solutions.
  • Leverage third-party tools and platforms to extend automation capabilities, including low-code/no-code environments for rapid solution development and integration.

We're looking for someone who has:

Technical Skills:

 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation, with a strong focus on UiPath.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end RPA projects, including process discovery, solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and third-party automation tools to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and prompt engineering skills.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • UiPath Developer Foundation and Advanced Certifications are required (Solution Architect certification is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience with GenAI APIs, UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or other AI/ML tools.
