Technical Solutions Engineer

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the technical aspects of complex software and technology projects. Your expertise will ensure that systems, applications, and solutions meet the required functionality, performance, scalability, security, and other quality attributes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

In this role you will:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for complex product issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide consultation on best practices and product usage.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
  • Training: Conduct technical training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in product development discussions, suggesting improvements and new features based on client feedback and technical trends.
    Requirements and Skills
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer and competency in AI/ML: Working Knowledge with how to create and maintain an AI services: Data extraction/chunking: Embeddings: Vector db's: RAG: Prompt engineering.
  • Exposure to AWS and Azure AI Ecosystem/Tools and services
  • Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.
  • Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python).
  • Good communication skills. Strong problem-solving aptitude. Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related
