The position of Indus Auto Solution Architect will be based Remote!Summary
The Industrial Automation Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions for our customers using products from our key suppliers. Will analyze the client's requirements, assess existing systems, and develop customized automation solutions using a combination of hardware, software, and networking technologies. Industrial Automation Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, sales leaders, delivery partners, product vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of automation solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with customers, sales leaders, delivery partners, product vendors, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the architecture and design of software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software offerings
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise and support
- Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need
- High School or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology driven discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Experience in industrial sales would be an asset
- Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of software products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to sell services in addition to developing strong customer and integrator relationships
- Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills required
- Ability to learn processes and concepts and to understand technical functions quickly
