We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Rexel team in Dallas, TX!

Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless hiring process for candidates and hiring managers alike. This role will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring journey, managing offer letter processes, and overseeing preboarding and onboarding procedures. In addition, this role is responsible for training and developing new hiring managers and TA coordinators on Rexel's recruiting process and systems. The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is key to driving innovation and enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience within the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Candidate Management: Efficiently move candidates through the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and support at each stage. Create, post, and maintain job requisitions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs
  • Offer Letter Coordination: Initiate and manage the offer letter process, including drafting, obtaining approvals, and delivering offer letters to candidates. Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews, ensuring a strong candidate pool
  • Background Checks and Compliance: Initiate and oversee candidate background checks and drug screening processes, documenting results and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with HR Directors and the Legal Team to ensure compliance with Rexel USA's hiring processes, particularly when hiring from competitors
  • Preboarding and Onboarding Support: Interact with candidates during the preboarding phase, addressing inquiries related to benefits, relocation, and onboarding procedures. Coordinate the relocation process for new hires in partnership with our third-party relocation provider
  • New Hire Preparation: Monitor and facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding processes, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure all equipment, tools, and access are ready for new hires on Day 1
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Collaborate with team members, strategic partners, and internal customers to enhance hiring, preboarding, and onboarding processes, simplifying interactions with the TA team and delivering exceptional customer service. Identify and recommend improvements to existing TA policies and procedures, driving innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage trends, data, and analytics to accelerate hiring processes and improve the overall candidate experience. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Training and Development: Train new hiring managers in assigned regions on the hiring process and various recruiting systems, ensuring they are equipped to effectively engage with candidates. Assist in onboarding and training new TA Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment
  • Project Management: Effectively prioritize day-to-day activities while managing multiple projects to achieve meaningful results and contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience in utilizing data & analytics to accelerate hiring & create positive candidate experience
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters or another Applicant Tracking Systems
  • High School or GED - Required
