We currently have an opportunity for an Agronomic Solutions & Innovation Specialist to join our Divisional Office located in Richardson, SK.  In this role, you will play a key role in supporting Richardson's Agronomic Solutions initiatives, digital agriculture tools, training, and stewardship initiatives while helping drive innovation product development.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agronomic Solutions initiatives, including the coordination of trial summaries, agronomic trends, and related communication for internal network
  • Assist with creating, formatting and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support the adoption and training of digital agriculture tools
  • Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to support the business
  • Coordinate events, tours, training sessions, and surveys
  • Work with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on key projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in agriculture, with a background in sales, marketing, and/or communications
  • Post-secondary education in Agriculture required; Business, Communications, or related field is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new technologies and industry trends
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs, or digital agriculture tools is an asset
