Overview What You#ll Do As the Clinical Supervisor for the CBHI program, you#ll play an essential role in guiding and supporting our team of clinicians, therapeutic mentors and therapeutic training # support staff. You#ll oversee clinical evaluations, treatment plans, and ensure the highest standard of care is provided to children and families. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing clinical evaluations and the treatment of children and families in our CBHI program Documenting and summarizing findings and treatment plans in accordance with RVCC and CBHI standards Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective case management Maintaining and updating knowledge of community resources and services, and ensuring staff are regularly informed Leading outreach, advocacy, and case consultation efforts to meet client needs Preparing for and conducting regular supervision sessions for staff, including student interns Analyzing services to improve client care and maximize clinic staff utilization Planning and implementing ongoing educational programs for staff development Ensuring staff evaluations are completed on time and supporting professional growth Using time effectively to organize and maximize productivity across the team What We#re Looking For We are seeking an experienced, compassionate clinician who thrives in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have: A Master#s Degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a licensed therapist, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience Strong crisis intervention, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of legal and ethical issues in the field A collaborative, team-oriented approach to leadership LMHC, LICSW, or Lic.
