We do that through expert and compassionate care, education, community partnerships, fostering innovation, and by inspiring hope in all we touch.# We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care for all. # Overview of Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled Human Resources Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles across the company. This position will involve everything from posting job openings to onboarding new hires, while also collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing recruitment, handling candidate screenings, and assisting in various HR functions. # Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Conduct the entire recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening. Assist with interviews as needed Partner with HRBP to develop and extend offers, ensuring alignment with compensation and benefits packages. Serve as a backup to the HRBP to extend offers and send offer letters when HRBP is unavailable or requires assistance. # Onboarding # Orientation: Manage and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company. Serve as a backup for orientation sessions when necessary. Check in with new hires during their onboarding and orientation periods to ensure a positive experience and smooth transition. # Data Management # Reporting: Regularly update and manage recruitment and onboarding data using Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. # Career Fairs # External Recruitment: Schedule, attend, and represent the company at career fairs to attract potential candidates. Collaborate with external recruiters to source candidates and fulfill staffing needs. # Exit Interviews: Assist with conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve employee retention strategies. # Administrative # HR Support: Maintain office supplies and manage orders related to recruitment and onboarding. Assist with various HR projects, including process improvement initiatives, employee engagement, and compliance efforts. # Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor#s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Licenses/Registrations:# none. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field. Equipment used: Telephone, computer terminal and printer; photocopier; fax machine; cellphone Skills/Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with external recruiters and job candidates. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS!
