RVCC is looking to hire a School-Based Coordinator!# #River Valley Counseling Center, Inc#s Mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. Job Responsibilities: Cultivate, enhance and maintain relationships with school districts # departments, interdepartmental staff, affiliated organizations, and other community service providers. Provide oversight and coordination of therapy services in one or more school districts. Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of school-based clinicians. Provide supervision for clinicians# Monitor the performance of staff to ensure adherence to RVCC and department policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in the facilitation of group supervisions and school-based staff meetings Maintain a caseload of 5-10 outpatient clients. Promptly address inquiries and complaints from schools, parents/caregivers, or other community partners Attend RVCC School-Based RVCC monthly staff team meetings # weekly School-Based Leadership meetings Assist the Director of School-Based Clinical Services with operational issues and special projects as assigned, and effectively oversee/supervise those projects. Job Requirements:# Education Level - Master#s degree with a concentration in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, or social work. Licensing - Current Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT. Years of Experience -#Four years# experience as a mental health clinician or social worker; at least two of which were in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
