Summary

Seeking an Analyst to join a growing Financial Planning and Analysis team. 
The Analyst must have experience in gathering and reporting data that will allow for effective review and analysis of financials.  Analyst must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written communication.

In this role, you will
  • Assist with month end-close, annual operating and strategic plans, and forecasting activities.
  • Perform detail analysis to identify root-cause of variances and ability to ‘tell the story' verbally and in writing.
  • Collect and interpret data, identify and understand where problems may already or potentially exist and formulate and communicate the future impact.
  • Assist with development of models to track and report on initiatives.
  • Assist with compiling and reporting of financial performance of the company.
  • Extensive attention to details to ensure accuracy, consistency and standardization in reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to pivot as needed to support evolving business demands that may result in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of disclosed information as it pertains to the company's financial and strategic plan.
  • Intellectual curiosity, energetic, complete professional ownership and a commitment to quality, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Required Education:  Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Preferred Education:  CFA, CPA or MBA; Minimum of two to three years of related work experience.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
