Description
The Physician Assistant in Critical Care, working evening and night shifts, plays a pivotal role in providing advanced clinical care to critically ill patients during non-traditional hours. This position requires advanced knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to make autonomous decisions in high-pressure situations.

SCHEDULE: Evening/Night
RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Inpatient Medicine or Critical Care setting required
- Board certification in Critical Care preferred
- Advanced proficiency in performing critical care procedures and managing complex medical conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
