Job Summary:
The Administrator of Regulatory Affairs is responsible for managing business licensing and regulatory compliance processes across city, county, state, and federal agencies. This role ensures timely and accurate completion of permit and license applications, renewals, and associated payments. They will maintain comprehensive documentation, support internal departments with compliance inquiries, and liaises with regulatory bodies to prevent violations and penalties.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal applicant must be a proactive team player, require minimal supervision, have a positive “I Got It!” attitude, and be eager to learn and assimilate new skills to further Company objectives.

 

  • Proficient with MS Windows Programs, particularly advanced Excel experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of computer literacy in a networked environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to independently resolve problems.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with multiple agencies and internal departments.
  • Must be able to juggle changing priorities and manage time effectively.
