We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and thoughtful professional with strong people, written communication and organizational skills to work on a wide variety of Institute planning initiatives. The candidate will provide direct support to the Director/Assistant Director of Planning and lead the entire move process from initial planning to execution; the coordination, management, purchase and installation of non-project-related furniture, equipment; provide budgetary estimates for furniture, fixtures & equipment; assist in project development, project coordination and management; space planning and project design. Job Information:
• Full Time (40 Hours)
• Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday – In Person
• NYS Benefits & Retirement Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, interior design, or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of prior full-time experience involving master planning, functional planning, project planning, project management, and project development of diverse, interrelated major program components; or
2. Associate's degree in planning, architecture, interior design, or a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of prior full-time experience involving master planning, functional planning, project planning, project management, and project development of diverse, interrelated major program components.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications"

•    The preferred candidate shall possess strong communication and customer service skills.
•    The preferred candidate shall possess strong organizational skills.
•    The preferred candidate shall be able to self manage and prioritize assigned tasks 
•    The preferred candidate shall interact effectively with others and have the ability to receive and convey information clearly.
