Title: Laboratory Animal Services Accounts Coordinator

1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Provides support to the Comparative Oncology Shared Resource (COSR) Administrator and the COSR Facility Director; generates and processes monthly billing for all COSR services. Works with a wide variety of Roswell Park staff including but not limited to Principal Investigators (PI) and their staff, Roswell Park Shared Resources Facility Billing staff, Roswell Park Health Research, Inc. (HRI) and Public Benefit Corporation Accounts Payable, Roswell Park Purchasing and external vendors to address and resolve various account-related issues. Performs monthly COSR expense reconciliations; creates and maintains blanket purchase orders for the Shared Resource.

Salary range is $43,413 - $55,506 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in billing and financial accounts management; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in billing and financial accounts management.

NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

- Working knowledge of personal computers, databases, word processing and spreadsheet capabilities or related.
