Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Human Resources Management Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides recruitment efforts for the organization including tracking of information in talent management software, posting positions, ensuring applicants meet established qualifications, reviewing hiring manager documentation, making offers, and facilitating new hire onboarding; serves as a resource to applicants, employees and managers for their human resources employment-related needs. Salary range is $61,340 to $76,388.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have previous healthcare recruitment experience, extensive customer service experience, experience working in a union environment, as well as experience using Workday. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time Human Resources or a related business experience; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time Human Resources or a related business experience.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
