Job Summary: 
The Service Parts Order Specialist will be responsible for managing and acting as the central point of 
contact for all customer service parts order inquiries as well as order entry and processing for Roush 
CleanTech. The role will play a key role in influencing customer satisfaction by providing support in 
responding to and resolving customer service parts-related concerns by working with internal groups 
including customer support, technical support and business development.

As a Service Parts Order Specialist, you will:

  • Respond quickly, accurately, and with a customer-first mindset to email and phone inquiries for service parts pricing / ordering / availability
  • Receive, confirm, enter, and process CleanTech commercial service parts orders in PeopleSoft ERP
  • Maintain hours of availability on the 800-line, for contact center call transfers to purchase service parts
  • Organize and manage order-related activities and documents, including setting up customers and adding customer information necessary to facilitate customer transactions to the PeopleSoft database as needed
  • Coordinate and communicate with various teams from management and various business units to follow up on orders & inquiries
  • Provide customer service part invoices on request
  • Enter and process material stock requests for all Roush CleanTech departments
  • Work with departments to improve efficiency and output
  • Stay in compliance and perform special projects as required
Minimum qualifications to be considered:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience including experience successfully handling customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees and with customers
  • Proficient computer skills and strong ability with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
A successful candidate may also have:
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Experience with order processing or accounting functions
  • Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
