Job Description :
Summary
The Senior Manager Change Management supports Ryder's business objectives by developing, implementing, and executing change enablement strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Essential Functions
- Lead Change Initiatives: Manage and lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Communication and Engagement: Develop and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholder informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate the risks.
- Training Support: Provide input on training to ensure employees are well-prepared for changes. Provides ongoing support and resources.
- Monitor and Report: Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, using metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Partners closely with the PMO and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure cohesive execution.
- People Management: Manages change analysts responsible for supporting work within change initiatives
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Change Impact Management: Identify key changes to impacted stakeholders to use in communication, engagement, and training resources
- Change Sustainment: Collaborate with Process and Product Owners on a plan to sustain the change long term with stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- “Produces” Microsoft Teams webinars and live virtual events on the back end.
- Supports Technology Change Enablement team within the Transformation & Office of the CIO with internal initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and tools, Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Required
- Proficiency in project management approaches and tools, Preferred
- Ability to lead and manage teams through change, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, Required
- Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of changes and measure the success of change initiatives, Preferred
- Ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes, Required
- Familiarization with IT or Technology terminology and operations, Preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in change management, communications, media, or organizational development, business, psychology, liberal arts, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus., Required
- 7 years or more proven experience in change management, including leading organizational change initiatives, Required
- 1 year or more managing people, Preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft 360: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint Expert, Required
- Knowledge of Snag It, Canva, and Kahoot! Advanced, Preferred

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$115,000.00
Maximum Pay Range:
$140,000.00
