This position is 100% remote nationwide.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice and project collections, executing individual plans to maximize revenue for the company.
• Effectively multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting the company's financial goals and objectives.
   

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of business-related experience OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (no prior experience required).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with systems such as Costpoint, FUSION, Hyperion, DFAS, MOCAS, My Invoice, or other government payment software suites.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred).
• A background in accounts receivable and/or government contracts is considered an asset.
