We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Cloud Program as a Community Relationship Representative. As a contributor to the intelligence community's first multi-cloud initiative, you will be at the epicenter of emergent cloud computing technologies, establishing a foundation that will evolve to include all agencies within the IC. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, both verbal and written, and possess strong organizational skills. Experience in event planning, website support and media creation, and cloud account management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with cloud community members.

Proactively engage with the cloud community to understand their needs and feedback.

Respond to and triage Cloud Advisory requests.

Assign requests to the appropriate technical cloud professionals as needed.

Gather information from community members to write articles and updates.

Guide new cloud community members through the onboarding program.

Ensure new members have the necessary resources and support to integrate into the community.

Assist in website and media content creation to promote cloud initiatives.

Partner with technical teams, cloud service providers, provisioning teams, and the communications team to ensure cohesive support for the community.

Plan and manage community events to boost engagement and knowledge sharing.

Leverage JIRA for tracking tasks, managing requests, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Proven experience in customer engagement or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in website and media creation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.

Must be comfortable researching cloud technologies.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in a technical or cloud-based environment.

Knowledge of cloud services and platforms.

Experience with content management systems and digital communication tools.

Experience in event planning and management is a plus.

Familiarity with JIRA.
