SAIC is seeking an Intermediate Director's Action Group (DAG) Action Officer to support our customer's Action Officer Functions at the program office level. The position is located in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will direct and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks. You will manage the action

tracking system and ensure the customer's group is responsive to daily action items as well as monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines, prepare periodic reports on action status, and keep leadership aware of late, pending, and new actions. A successful candidate can establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other stakeholders of the offices, both internally and externally

·       Provide Front Office (FO) or SPO response to support the DAG, coordinating with the appropriate SPO subject matter experts as necessary

·       Track, disseminate and coordinate DAG actions assigned to FO or SPO, ensuring that appropriate products and responses are prepared and submitted on time

·       Provide preparation of SPO Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) documenting accomplishments and upcoming events for input to the Directorate level

·       Maintain the action tracking process to include use of an action tracking tool and weekly report of action tracking status and statistics

·       Participate in Directorate and Enterprise meetings as SPO DAG representatives

·       Participate in regularly scheduled Front Office coordination meetings with government leadership and DAG contractor staffs

·       Provide direct support to the SPO and Front Office CoS to include offsite planning, scheduling and execution, division level weekly meeting preparation and execution, liaison to the Director

·       Execute senior executive briefings, projects and schedules

·       Provide Front Other duties as specified by the customer

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

·       Active TS/SCI with Poly

·       Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 6 years within Government or 5 years within intelligence Community or Department of Defense; or an Associate's degree with 3 years direct experience within the NRO customer organization; or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience within IC or DoD

·       Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications

·       Demonstrated ability to work in high visibility customer offices

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Strong editing skills

·       Ability to multi-task and work in a high up-tempo environment

Desired Qualifications:

·       Job experience with current customer

·       Basic user proficiency with customer specific action tracking tool
