SAIC is seeking an Electrical Engineer Intern to support our Navy team in San Diego, CA.
Job Description:
The intern will provide technical support, either within the company or in support of customer contracts, on assignments using established procedures. Candidates are primarily engaged in the technical or scientific disciplines through the course of college study. Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop electrical circuits for various applications. Assist in setting up and conducting tests on electrical systems and components. Identify and troubleshoot issues in circuit boards, wiring, and other electrical components.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High School and two (2) or more years of college coursework in Electrical Engineering.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must possess good oral and written communications skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Target salary range: Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
