SAIC is looking for an ELINT Intelligence Analyst to support an exciting program in Point Mugu, CA.

• Provides intelligence support for development of perishable Electronic Warfare Mission Data Library loads for Naval Air Platform contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. 
• Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs.
• Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.). 
• Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership as well. May focus on domestic as well as international threats. 
• Considered to be a recognized authority in this area of expertise. Intelligence analysis may include; IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT. This position is focused on ELINT. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. 
• May support development and analysis of intelligence products specific to E2 and SH-60 aviation platforms. Presents analysis or products to customers. 
• May support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support. 
• Applies extensive technical ELINT expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. 
• Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. 
• Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. 
• Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s).

Qualifications

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's and nine (9) years or more experience; master's and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required skills:

• Must have Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) analysis experience.
• Highly experienced with MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn analysis tools, application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.

Required clearance:

• Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
