SAIC is seeking you our latest Executive Acquisition Support to support program integration within the Program Executive Office's Space Combat Power portfolio in El Segundo, California.

Fun stuff you will do on the job:
•    Provide advice to System Program Office leadership regarding program strategies and integration activities, schedules, contracting, budgeting and execution.
•    Prepare integrated products to communicate program progress to senior leadership.  
•    Develop executive level communication that integrate programs and solutions to answer time-critical taskings.   
•    Develop and implement processes aimed at managing an efficient program office. 
•    Advise and assist client regarding budget execution and management; develop and coordinate recommendations for budget reallocation.
•    Prepare status reports, coordinate and execute staff meetings and technical interchange meetings, and develop program plans and schedules, and executive program briefings.
•    Support development and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents as prescribed by/tailored from DoDI 5000.02 / Acquisition Framework, and relevant DoD, AF, and local unit policies that pertain to rapid prototyping.
•    Advise client on and develop strategies with effective methods for incorporating rapid development activities.
•    Develop risk assessments for and manage cross organization interfaces and external dependencies.

Qualifications

This is you:
•    Bachelors and 18 years or more of related experience in government weapon systems acquisitions and program management and, or Contracts management within the Department of Defense.
•    Must have an in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).
•    Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination.

You will wow us even more if you have these skills:
•    Masters Degree in Business Management, technical management, and/or engineering.
•    Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP).
•    Experience in the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area.
 


Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
