SAIC is seeking an On-site IT Support Technician to support a large federal government agency. Employee will report on-site, at a secure government location during the day shift excluding weekends and holidays.

Work is onsite at multiple locations in the Washington, DC area.  

Description of Duties:

  • Interface with customers at an on-site location taking scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
  • Assist customers with mobile device provisioning, activation, and enrollment.
  • Assist customers with updating the operating system on Apple and Android devices.
  • Troubleshoot GO virtual and GO browser issues and assist with logging in via PIV, and Citrix.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

  • AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and eight (8) years of related experience with relevant certification
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and comply with data entry standards.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience working directly with end-users, including VIPs.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS and Android).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 workstations.

Required Clearance:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Active Secret Clearance.  
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
