SAIC is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for assisting an integrated senior-level team in the migration of two different change management systems and consolidating them into one unified and scalable Service Management System (SMS) environment.
Configuring, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform to meet the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) needs to improve operational efficiency.
The candidate will be a key contributor to the development of the new platform.
Must be able to respond to customer user inquiries as well as maintaining and optimizing the organization's new ServiceNow instance.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship
2+ years experience of hands-on systems analysis/programming experience in ServiceNow.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
Requires working experience in multiple system environments.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Unix or Linux Systems Administration working with customers in technical operations or engineering
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas, analysis, and issues to the team, stakeholders, and management
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
