SAIC seeks an experienced and energetic Lead Training Developer to directly support the C5ISR Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) Branch located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The overarching purpose of the program is to develop, integrate and field cutting edge technologies that can be integrated into existing modernization Programs of Record.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing training strategies and training plans that will increase internal team and government customer knowledge about the developing QRC mission systems and their operations
• Developing a training curriculum with content requirements that are tailored to the nature of all supported QRC systems
• Developing and executing a knowledge transfer approach to tap knowledge from subject matter experts and help distribute it to increase the broader team's overall understanding of these complex missions
• Leveraging technologies to facilitate lecture/demonstration/performance training.  These will include, but are not limited to, cloud-based applications, presentation slides and posters, and videos

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and nine (9) years experience; Additional four (4) years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI; US Citizenship required.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Strong experience with U.S. Army Training Policy, Standards, and Procedures
• Relevant intelligence and space system experience

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Common Faculty Development – Instructor Certification (CFD-IC)
• Systems engineering, integration and testing related or equivalent experience
• Experience in systems acquisition and QRC projects
• Army Space Control Fundamentals (ASCF) Course
