SAIC is seeking a Logistics expert to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performs system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.
• Controls the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
• May also plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production.
• Develops raw material requirements, scheduling requirements from engineering specifications, production schedules, and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.
• Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. 

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be proficient with GFM, CMOS, FACTS, SYNCADA, NISS, GATES, TGIS.
• Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:

1.        DoD 4500.9R - Defense Transportation Regulation (Part II)
2.        DoD 5100.76M - Physical Security of Sensitive Conventional Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives
3.        DoD 4000.25-8-M - Military Assistance Address Directory System
4.         DoD 5220.22M - Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information

Clearance:

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
