SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation and thought leadership to the client and or project team based on specialized in-depth expertise in such fields as planning, programming, budget, and execution  This position will also interact and support human capital, business and management, engineering and technology, policy and administration, planning analysis, training and development.

This individual must be able to work in a high tempo, high stress environment
 that often requires multi-tasking.

• Coordinate and collaborate with mission partners and internal and external senior
   stakeholders to support program implementation and integration.
• Develop and maintain performance measures for capabilities and programs, manage cost, schedule and performance of programs and ensure alignment
   with broader strategic plans.
• Responsible for researching, maintaining, and presenting current and future resource analysis in the form of briefings to all management levels.

Qualifications

• Must have current/active TS/SCI.
• Ability to obtain a CI poly is required.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NGA , other IC agency and DoD.
• Experience authoring, coordinating and maintaining a repository of MOUs, MOAs, SOPs, etc.
• Demonstrate experience of computer database and developing long range requirements for database administration and design.
