SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support operations at Dugway Proving Ground. The successful candidate will possess advanced data analysis skills, expertise in test planning and execution, and experience in technical reporting and briefing. The role requires a deep understanding of Military Standard 810 testing and familiarity with U.S. Marine Corps and Army loitering munitions programs. The ideal candidate will be adept in technical editing and have solid knowledge of field test environments. This position is 100% remote with some travel. 

The Program Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

• Conduct thorough data analysis to support program objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute test plans in alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and briefings to stakeholders.
• Perform technical editing and ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support loitering munitions programs for the USMC and Army.
• Apply knowledge of MIL-STD-810 to ensure testing meets regulatory standards.
• Understand and navigate field test environments to achieve accurate and reliable results.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree and six (6) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in data analysis and test planning.
• Strong technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with USMC and Army loitering munitions programs.
• In-depth knowledge of MIL-STD-810 testing protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in field test environments.
• Excellent technical editing abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Prior experience working at military testing grounds, particularly at Dugway Proving Ground.
• Certification in data analysis or related technical disciplines.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
