This position is 100% onsite in Chantilly, VA. Flexible schedules are available on a case by case basis with supervisor approval.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Program Security Officer (PSO) will maintain a secure environment to facilitate the successful development and execution of classified programs at the assigned organization where classified information is stored, accessed, or where accessed personnel are assigned.
- The PSO will maintain security operations within the assigned activities and organizations. Coordination of access control to include badging, sending/receiving visit certs, updating SIMS database, updating customer databases, meeting support, escorting, document control and classified matters with the respective government representative and company business partners will be at the forefront of the SA's responsibilities.
- The PSO will have familiarization of both the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 (NISPOM), the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), to include ICD-705 (Physical Security).
- Develop and submit, Construction Security Plans (CSP), Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), TEPMEST Checklist, UL-2050 CRZH forms and call rosters.
- Maintain secure space accreditation letters, UL-2050 certificates, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) semi-annual inspection receipts, IDS call rosters
- Conduct physical security surveys and vulnerability assessments, above the ceiling checks and Protected Distribution System (PDS) checks, and participate in security inspections, assessments and reviews.
- Attend secure space construction project meetings, provide security requirements from the DD-254 and/or any other special security requirements from the contract, sponsoring agency, and any special program needs, and perform the duties as the Site Security Manager (SSM)
- Coordinate closely with SAIC Corporate Real Estate, SAIC Physical and Technical Security, and other functional support elements.

Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, and minimum six (6) years of related experience. Additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum five (5) years experience in industrial security
- Demonstrated knowledge of National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Executive Orders, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), with a working knowledge of the ICD 705 Tech Specs, Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Instructions, and TEMPEST.
- Active TS/SCI Security clearance with Poly
