SAIC seeks a highly experienced Configuration & Data Management Analyst for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS). Job Duties
· The Configuration & Data Management Analyst role involves ensuring that Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Data Accession List (DAL) deliverables are actioned, tracked, and responded to within assigned deadlines per Form 1423 CDRL and PWS requirements.
· Review, track, update, and archive CDRLs, DALs, configuration control documents that can include Specifications, Technical Order redlines, Drawings, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Process documents, etc.
· Coordinate with the technical editors and quality assurance to reduce errors, increase document quality, and perform quality metrics and analysis.
· Prepares deviations/waivers for customer approval when specifications cannot be met.
· Reviews all deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five plus (5+) years; master's degree and three plus (3+) years; PhD and zero plus (0+) years related experience in configuration management specifically for missile warning or other national security space mission systems.
- Ability to maintain an active Secret Clearance.
- Understanding of configuration and data administration and associated management functions and experience with data or intellectual property rights for technical data, data delivery, storage, management, and the use of data.
- Highly organized and knowledgeable on document creation, technical edits, formatting, and grammar checking.
- Experience with CDRL/DAL management and knowledge of Mil-HDBK-61B, DoD 5010.12 and/or EIA-649-1 guiding principles.
Desired
- Experience using PLM tool Aras Innovator.
- Experience sustaining UEWR, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of DoD documentation.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
