SAIC is currently hiring for a Senior Network Engineer to help support the Army's Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) program at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of network services across a large metropolitan network organization using primarily Cisco-based tools and devices.
- responsible for the smooth operation of communication networks which includes designing, implementing, and troubleshooting networks in a VMware environment.
- Deploy, configure, monitor and manage network devices and services such as DHCP, DNS, VPN and VLANs.
- Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing large network environments is a must.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Security Clearance and Certifications:
- Must have relevant certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or related cert
- Must have a top secret clearance on first day of employment with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
