SAIC is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the Office of Undersecretary of Defense (OUSD), Office of Personnel and Readiness (P&R), Office of Command Climate and Well-being Integration (OCCWI) on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Contract. The purpose of OCCWI is to enhance military readiness across the Services by fostering safe, respectful command climates that builds resilience across the force.

 

This is a full-time, remote position.

 

Job Duties:

  • Create, manage, and train project leads on the Integrated Master Schedule(IMS)in Microsoft Project for 1x Office of Command Climate and Well-being Integration (OCCWI) Program level, as well as eight Project level schedules. Ensure all project schedules nest into the overarching program IMS
  • Consistently optimize business performance through implementation of quality standards while maintaining focus on operational execution
  • Provide Operations and Integration support to the OCCWI team to optimize program efficiencies
  • Plan and conduct statistical data analytics projects and/or studies to evaluate, design, and tabulate statistical sampling plans and analytical procedures and processes to support the VPC mission to provide innovative training and education to DoD servicemembers in areas pertaining to harmful behaviors (i.e., suicide, sexual harassment, domestic violence, substance abuse, etc.)
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative methodologies, methods of performance (MOP) and methods of evaluation (MOE) for monitoring improvement in reaching the targeted audience of DoD service members
  • Create Weekly and Monthly reports and requirements for government and SAIC 
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities for both SAIC, as well as the government team 
  • As needed, up to 10% of the time

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years' experience; Master's degree and ten (10) years' experience

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret clearance (US Citizenship required), eligible for TS/SCI. Military experience a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong research skills, gathering data from multiple sources through various means, to aggregate and analyze data provide customer with recommendations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong documentation, analytic, and communication skills, work well independently without nearby corporate support
  • Strong skills with Microsoft 360, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform a plus

Desired Skills:

  • Military experience a plus.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
