SAIC is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Analyst to support the Medusa Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) Sustainment Logistics team in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily supply and inventory, overseeing integrated shipping and receiving operations, handling configuration and distribution management, material planning and supporting the sustainment and maintenance of program equipment. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various logistics management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply and Inventory Management:
- Manage daily supply and inventory using the COLTS Logistics Management Database and physical warehousing.
- Conduct site and warehouse inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Shipping and Receiving:
- Oversee integrated shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- Ensure safe and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
- Configuration and Distribution:
- Handle configuration and distribution management, focusing on obsolescence and modernization of equipment.
- Support software integration and end-to-end sustainment and maintenance management of program equipment.
- Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Execute procurements in compliance with FAR regulations.
- Monitor and track vendor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist with the decommissioning of customer equipment as needed.
- Material Planning and Tracking:
- Plan, receive, and track materials to ensure proper supply levels.
- Initiate purchase requests and document product specifications.
- Generate single-source/sole-source documentation and coordinate with buyers for quotes and purchase order creation.
- Track equipment flow and maintain internal trackers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with buyers, vendors, and SAIC personnel.
- Document deliveries and prepare inventory status charts and briefs.
- Project and Operational Support:
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
- Facilitate operational aspects of planning, project-team, and line management.
- Perform document review and preparation to support various logistics operations.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with executive, administrative, and line management personnel to gather and convey relevant information.
- Support the coordination and facilitate the operational aspects of other current planning, project-team, and line management activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or material planning.
- Proficiency with logistics management systems (e.g., COLTS, Costpoint, Fusion, Cornerstone).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to assess and resolve project issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with FAR regulations and procurement processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Possess a Valid US driver's license.
- 2 years technical experience related to Counter-Unmanned Air systems
- Experience supporting integration of Item Unique Identification (IUID) applications
Logistics Management Database tool (COLTS) database management. - Forklift operator Certification.
- Hazmat Certification
Education: Bachelor's and three (3) years or more experience; six (6) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree (6 years for the bachelor's degree + 3 years' experience for a total of 9 years).
Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active Secret Security clearance; must be US Citizen.
