SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program and in this role you will:
Participate in training pipeline to obtain necessary certifications
Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Review status of projects and prepare status reports
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Participate in, establish, and define program plan requirements; monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met
Develop solutions to a variety of moderate problems in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures and practices
Exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization
Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Qualifications
Must hold a TS/SCI and be able to obtain a poly prior to starting
Military experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience can be substituted
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Ability to travel for 4-6 weeks at a time
Technical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving experience
