SAIC is seeking to hire a Software Support II, this position is located in San Diego, CA and ideal candidate will need to be local to area. This is a Hybrid/Remote role.
JOB DUTIES:
- Working under the supervision of a Test Lead.
- Executes test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
- Performs verification activities on work products using defined methods, procedures and criteria with an appropriate verification environment.
- Documents and communicates test results. Supports analysis of test results and resolution of open issues. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
- Position to grow into authoring automated tests.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Degree and two (2) years or more of related experience; years of experience in lieu of degree will be reviewed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have an active Secret Clearance.
- Familiarity/Experience with automated testing including the use of test automation tools such as Selenium and Zephyr.
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
