SAIC has an immediate opening on an exciting program in Chantilly for a Systems Integrator. The SI will support a range of project management functions directly tied to the customer mission. As the lead customer Sl, the candidate will serve as the focal point for technical requirements across the branch by tracking the status of existing and planned activities, interfacing regularly with mission partners for status and by developing comprehensive documentation related to these efforts. The candidate will also coordinate and lead routine meetings with mission stakeholders regarding technical project prioritization and resource allocations as well as participate in routine engagements with vendors conducting technical development. The candidate should also have extensive experience engaging with mission stakeholders across the customer space. The candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable addressing core position responsibilities with minimal oversight. In this role you will do things such as:
- Establish a process to document and routinely monitor technical requirements
- Track and update requirements to ensure project schedules are maintained and produce routine documents related to project requirements
- Manage and organize large volumes of documentation and data so that it remains accessible to all necessary stakeholders and up to date
- Identify and document business workflow improvements, use MS Project to communicate schedules and major development milestones, and communicate with leadership and colleagues via MS Project, PowerPoint via road maps, program quad charts, OV-1s and CONOP documentation
- Coordinate routine engagements across customer components, mission partners, and USIC partners, to include interfacing directly with these mission stakeholders on joint projects.
- Lead meetings across customer organization and with partners to document input from stakeholders on mission requirements and priorities. o Will routinely coordinate technical review boards
- Routinely work with multiple stakeholders or independently to create, edit, and finalize executive level briefing material
- Capture meeting notes and produce executive level reports related to these engagements
- Draft talking points, highlights, status reports, and strategy documentation for senior leadership engagements, and for programs/projects
Qualifications
- Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Poly
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience can be substituted for the degree
- Demonstrated expertise and ability in using sponsor-specific platforms for official communication
- Strong cable writing skills and operational experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with MS Project, PowerPoint and CONOP documentation
- Demonstrated ability to parse relevant information and clearly and concisely provide management with daily updates
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage and track multiple projects and actions
- Experience with establishment of metrics and reporting right-sized to the organization's needs
