SAIC is seeking interns for Summer 2026. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support our customer's unique mission needs
  • Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support SAIC's project/program portfolio
  • Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of SAIC business efforts
  • Write and deploy code to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions for real-world technical challenges.
  • Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key solutions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions in these technical fields

Potential Internship focus areas: 

  • Decision Science (AI, ML, & Intelligent Automation): Python Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other automation technologies to help drive better decisions, automate processes, and eliminate manual activities
  • Cloud, DevOps & Security: Architecture, Engineering, and Automation professionals focused on developing cloud policy as code, compliance as code, infrastructure as code, and continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) product pipelines 

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or AI/ML with one year or more of college coursework completed
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software engineering, cyber security, AI/ML, or engineering concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a passion for a career in technology
  • U.S. Citizen
